WinnACC now supports banking APIs including transaction history downloads from banks, handling of notifications received from banks and processing payment.
PayNow
WinnACC allows organisations to generate PayNow QR codes for individual invoices and this enables customers to make payment by scanning the generated QR codes with their banking apps. Once the customers have successfully made payment using the generated QR and the bank send payment notification, WinnACC will instantly reconcile and match payment against the relevant invoice.
Bank Transaction History
WinnACC can be scheduled to download a complete transaction history from the bank periodically, e.g. on daily or hourly basis. Organisations may use the transaction history to review complete transactions within a certain period of time.
In addition, WinnACC also captures the debit and credit notifications from the bank and immediately process them and reconcile with matching invoices.
